Print Finisher

Location: Gordonsville, VA | Schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Position Type: Seasonal

Position Overview

FM Expressions is looking for a Finisher I to join the production team. This role is ideal for reliable, detail‑oriented individuals who enjoy hands‑on work in a fast‑paced environment. As a Finisher, you will handle ticketing, steaming, stickering, heat‑transfer applications, folding, pre‑packing, boxing, and pallet building while supporting overall production flow. Additional responsibilities across the facility may be assigned as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare raw materials and supplies for assigned production jobs.
• Apply heat transfers to garments and ensure proper layout and placement.
• Fold, steam, sticker, pre‑pack, and box products to prepare for shipment.
• Build pallets and organize products according to shipping requirements.
• Troubleshoot or report any production issues to leads or supervisors.
• Keep work areas clean and organized by following the 6S workplace system.
• Follow all safety protocols and proper machine operating procedures.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned across the production floor.

• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lb and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable with bending, twisting, reaching, and standing for long periods.
• Positive attitude with professional and respectful communication skills.
• Ability to visually inspect details, including small print and fine garment work.
