Print Equipment Operator 3, FT, Permanent

Location: Saratoga Springs, NY. Full-time position.

About the role

The Print Equipment Operator 3 will assign and complete all print jobs and products produced by the print shop, including jobs received from outside of the university.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all print shop equipment by coordinating preventative and service maintenance calls
• Responsible for the selection and purchase of all supplies for the print shop
• Evaluate and determine the most efficient and cost-effective methods for producing print jobs
• Create and manage print quotes for print shop clients
• Complete jobs in a timely and efficient manner
• Supervise and direct the daily activities of print shop staff

Requirements

• One year of service as a Print Equipment Operator 2 or four years of offset printing equipment operating experience
• Physically able to perform the tasks of the position
• Able to understand and carry out written or oral instructions

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Pay

$50,425 per year
