Print Customer Service Representative

About the Role

AlphaGraphics Weatherford, a locally owned business specializing in high-quality print services, custom sign production, graphic design, and marketing solutions, is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR). In this dynamic, in-person role, you'll serve as the primary bridge between clients and the production team, ensuring seamless order fulfillment from inquiry to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Assist customers with paper/sign types, binding, and finishing options.
• Prepare project estimates, ensuring accurate pricing and material availability.
• Create detailed job tickets and communicate customer deadlines.
• Review print-ready files and job specifications for accuracy.
• Relay critical information to the design and production team.
• Proactively communicate updates, potential delays, or file issues to clients.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in customer service or account/project management.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Clear, professional communication skills – written and verbal.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with standard computer systems; macOS/Apple environment experience is helpful.
• General understanding of commercial print processes and/or sign production (paper stocks, sign materials, industry terminology) is a strong plus.

Pay

Competitive hourly rate.

Schedule

Standard full-time working hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p.
