About the role

The Principal Wholesale Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the development and execution of US Account Marketing plans for key wholesale accounts. This role plays a critical function in driving business growth by ensuring best-in-class marketing activations at account level. The role works closely with Sales team, to ensure alignment on brand, retail, and digital marketing strategies that enhance consumer engagement and sell-through. Success requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to execute marketing programs that elevate the consumer experience while ensuring alignment with global brand priorities.

Schedule

This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

Responsibilities

• Strategy Execution & Account Management: Define and align seasonal marketing plans, ensuring integration of product and brand priorities for key wholesale accounts. Execute account marketing calendars to secure brand presence, share of space, and consumer engagement across key wholesale partners. Collaborate with Key Account Sales to ensure marketing programs align with commercial objectives and sell-through priorities. Support digital and social marketing strategies for accounts.
