About the role
This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Media environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Responsibilities
- Lead the UX engineering strategy within the Ads division
- Create high-quality prototypes and product experiences to test assumptions
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to clarify complex opportunities
- Develop reusable tools and workflows from design to production
- Enhance the quality of interactions, accessibility, and performance in Ads
- Investigate AI solutions to improve advertiser products and design processes
- Mentor UX Engineering practitioners and enhance the team's capabilities
Qualifications
- Deep experience in product design and engineering with a focus on interactive products
- Proficient in modern frontend technologies like React and TypeScript
- Strong judgment in product and interaction design for intuitive user experiences
- Ability to influence product direction across multiple teams and areas
- Experience creating reusable patterns to enhance team efficiency
- Skilled in navigating ambiguity and integrating diverse perspectives
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with senior partners

Pay
$245,800 – $344,100 annually
