About the role

MedImpact Healthcare Systems, Inc. is looking for an exceptional professional to join our dynamic team. As a Principal, Trade Initiatives, you will oversee and manage key initiatives for the Trade Relations department, focusing on regulatory compliance and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Determines the potential impact of new state and federal regulatory requirements on MedImpact’s Trade business.
  • Supports rebate-related new product development opportunities and manages the development process.
  • Plans, develops, and implements project plans, including identifying deliverables, milestones, scheduling, and required tasks.
  • Ensures clear communication of responsibilities, collaborates with cross-functional departments to execute the project plan, and manages key personnel for requirements, technical analysis, design, and documentation.
  • Ledges the implementation of regulatory requirements and growth opportunities for rebate operations and reporting.
  • Facilitates regular status meetings to assess progress against milestones and identifies areas of potential concern to mitigate risk.
  • Manages risks throughout each initiative by identifying, communicating, tracking, and mitigating them.
  • Maintains continuous process improvement practices by contributing to strategic plans, reviewing actions, and implementing changes to enhance rebate activities.
  • Supervises assigned staff in the segment area, managing their direction, coordination, and evaluation.
  • Manages and leads cross-functional as well as virtual teams, including remote participants.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 8+ years of related experience and 8+ years of SME in respective area(s).
  • At least 4+ years of leading individual contributors and leaders of leaders.
  • Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • PMP certification is highly desired.

  • Proven ability to plan and facilitate effective meetings.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing demands.
  • Good organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to effectively lead and influence cross-functional as well as virtual teams including remote participants.
