About the role

This role will lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a life sciences environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives assessing impacts of regulatory requirements on Trade business
• Oversee development of rebate-related new product opportunities
• Create project plans with deliverables, milestones, and scheduling
• Implement regulatory requirements in rebate operations and manage reporting
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout project initiatives
• Facilitate regular meetings to monitor progress and resolve potential issues

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree
• 8+ years related experience in Trade relations or compliance
• 4+ years of experience in a leadership role, including managing individual contributors
• Strong PC skills in Microsoft Office Suite
• PMP certification highly desired but not required
• Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities

Pay

$132,323 – $240,828 annually
