The Principal/Design Facilitator at Design 39 Campus is responsible for creating a learning environment that fosters growth mindset, integrates technology, supports diverse cultures, and provides equitable learning opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design thinking process to address real-world issues with confidence and courage.
- Foster collaborative, supportive relationships with all stakeholders.

- Engage staff and stakeholders in shared governance to elevate education and equity.
- Collaborate with teachers, monitor learning, and provide feedback to support continuous improvement.
