Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor to engineering and product leadership, aligning hiring needs with broader workforce plans
- Mentor and lead teams within the talent acquisition space, influencing processes and promoting operational excellence
- Leverage market analytics to inform recruitment strategies and advise leaders on hiring practices and talent trends
- Own complex end-to-end recruitment efforts for high-stakes R&D positions, crafting strategic recruiting plans
- Design in-region and global recruiting programs that institutionalize high technical talent standards
- Build strong relationships with R&D leaders and cross-functional partners to foster collaboration
- Utilize technology and innovative sourcing methods to enhance recruitment practices
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience for software/ML/AI roles in tech sectors
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior executives and cross-functional leaders
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills with a strong understanding of the tech talent landscape
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience mentoring others in talent acquisition
- Autonomous work capability in remote and dynamic environments with minimal oversight
- Expertise in data modeling, external market mapping, ATS/CRM platforms, and AI recruiting tools
