Join our dynamic and expanding team in Austin, TX and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our technology and product development in the Americas. As a Principal Technical Recruiter, you'll foster a strong team culture and make a significant impact by expanding our critical Product and Engineering teams, helping us build world-class technology and deliver on our mission.

Qualifications

• Experience: 8+ years of experience as an in-house Recruiter with a successful track record in tech recruitment, specifically for product and engineering roles.
• Tech-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated expertise in sourcing top product and engineering talent, with a strong interest or experience in piloting advanced sourcing tools, semantic search algorithms, or automated workflows.
• Value Evaluation: Ability to look beyond technical skills and resumes to identify candidates who deeply align with our culture and values.
• Agility & Drive: Strong self-starter who flourishes in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the opportunity to use technology to drive efficiency and build new processes.
• Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity, adaptable to change, and eager to explore and adopt emerging HR technologies.
• Problem Solving: Creative problem solver who enjoys tackling challenging roles and actively learning new tech stacks and modern recruitment tools.
• Communication: Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of engaging with individuals at all levels within product and engineering organizations.
