Principal Technical Program Manager, Security

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Technical Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an embedded TPM for strategic security initiatives, managing complex program executions
• Drive delivery of large-scale security programs covering various security domains
• Collaborate with security leads to define roadmaps, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on schedule
• Clear blockers and navigate organizational complexities to maintain program momentum
• Own portfolio-level KPIs, linking program delivery to business outcomes
• Share AI-enabled workflow strategies to enhance the TPM team's operations
• Establish a repeatable process for SOX compliance of specific features, coordinating with finance and engineering

Qualifications

• 12+ years in technical program management embedded with security or software engineering teams in SaaS/cloud environments
• Strong technical fluency to establish credibility with security engineers and ensure understanding of their work
• Proven ability to shape platform direction and execution guardrails with senior security leaders
• Hands-on experience across security domains like detection and response, IAM, infrastructure, and application security
• Ability to design sustainable operating systems for program structures and reporting
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks like SOX, ISO 27001, and NIST for navigating security conversations
• Demonstrated fluency in AI tools to enhance program management effectiveness

Pay

$172,700 – $246,700 annually
