About the role

We are seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead the delivery of t4i’s most critical, complex, and high-impact technical initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of technology, strategy, and execution and requires deep program management expertise, strong technical acumen, and the ability to drive clarity and momentum across highly ambiguous problem spaces.

Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Programs and Outcomes
    • Lead complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution, ensuring alignment to business outcomes and organizational priorities.
    • Translate strategic objectives into executable plans, operating models, governance structures, and measurable success criteria.
    • Drive decision-making across technical and business stakeholders by identifying tradeoffs, surfacing risks, and aligning leaders around a path forward.
    • Anticipate program challenges, organizational friction, and dependency risks before they impact delivery.
  • Operate as an AI-Native TPM
    • Leverage AI capabilities to continuously synthesize program signals, stakeholder inputs, risks, dependencies, and readiness indicators into actionable insights.
    • Shift program management from periodic reporting to continuous visibility and proactive intervention.
    • Apply AI as a strategic thought partner to evaluate options, pressure-test assumptions, identify emerging risks, and accelerate decision cycles.
    • Maintain accountability for outcomes by combining AI-generated insights with sound judgment, stakeholder context, and business expertise.
  • Drive Predictive Program Management
    • Establish mechanisms that provide early visibility into program health, stakeholder alignment, organizational readiness, and execution risk.
    • Identify patterns across programs and proactively address issues before they become escalations.
    • Develop data-driven narratives and recommendations that enable leaders to make faster, better-informed decisions.
    • Partner with teams to move from reactive issue management toward predictive planning and execution.
  • Scale Impact Across the Organization
    • Design and implement repeatable frameworks, operating models, workflows, and best practices that improve execution across programs.
    • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify, or eliminate manual coordination activities that do not require human judgment.
    • Contribute to the evolution of TPM craft, helping define and scale AI-native program management practices.
    • Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous learning, and operational excellence.
  • Lead Through Influence and Change
    • Build trusted relationships across technical and business organizations to drive alignment and organizational change.
    • Navigate ambiguity, competing priorities, and organizational complexity while maintaining momentum toward outcomes.
    • Influence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven recommendations, compelling narratives, and principled decision-making.
    • Serve as a force multiplier by helping teams operate with greater clarity, accountability, and velocity.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading complex, leading and delivering complex, large-scale technical programs within highly matrixed organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Ability to translate business and technology strategy into executable programs, analyze industry trends, and make data-driven decisions that accelerate outcomes.
  • Strong systems-thinking skills with the ability to anticipate risks, dependencies, organizational friction, and readiness gaps before they impact outcomes.
  • Experience leveraging AI tools and AI-powered workflows as part of core program management practices.
  • Ability to use AI as a thought partner to accelerate analysis, improve decision quality, surface risks, and enhance program execution.
  • Track record of building scalable operating mechanisms, frameworks, or ways of working that improve team and organizational effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated curiosity, learning agility, and willingness to challenge traditional approaches in pursuit of better outcomes.
  • Ability to balance AI-generated insights with sound judgment, business context, and stakeholder needs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels, including senior executives.
