Description
Alexa+ is our next-generation assistant powered by generative AI. Our goal is to make Alexa+ an instantly familiar personal assistant that is always ready to help or entertain on any device. As a TPM, you will be a mission-critical member of the leadership team, unify distributed engineering efforts, and own the plan to deliver high-profile new tools and features for developers that build on Alexa.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead strategic initiatives across many teams that will provide developers with high-impact improvements.
- Drive technical requirements, design, and delivery planning, working across engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure successful launch of initiatives.
- Enable transparency and decision-making across leadership by providing critical communication and clear status of the initiatives you own.
- Apply your expertise, problem-solving skills, and creativity to add value and diversity of thought to our team.
- Work on Alexa+, which represents Amazon's response to competitors like ChatGPT.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years of engineering experience
- 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 5+ years of software development experience
- Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules

- 8+ years of hands-on work managing complex technology projects
