Principal Technical Consultant

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges
• Conduct sessions to analyze client processes and workflows
• Convert client requirements into implementation plans and solution designs
• Configure software solutions in line with best practices
• Customize solutions to meet specific client needs and integrate with existing systems
• Test configurations to ensure they meet client expectations
• Lead deployment of software solutions, managing project timelines and deliverables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• 7+ years in consulting or technical implementation roles, ideally in software or technology
• Strong technical skills in software configuration and system integration
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Customer-focused with a commitment to client success
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
