We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we have "Who We Are" and "Primary Purpose" etc. According to rules: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should map content to appropriate headings. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have: - Who We Are: description of company. Could be "About the role"? Actually "Who We Are" is about company, not role. Could be "About the role"? Not exactly. But we could treat as "About the role" maybe not appropriate. However we could include a section like "About Exelon" but not in list. The instruction says use those headings as examples, but we can use other headings? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those specific headings. So we should map content to those headings. We have: - Primary Purpose: description of role. Could be "About the role". So we can put that under

About the role

. - Primary Duties: list of duties with percentages. That's responsibilities. So

Responsibilities

with
  • items. - Job Scope: maybe also responsibilities or qualifications? Could be part of responsibilities or qualifications. But we can treat as part of responsibilities or maybe "Requirements". However Job Scope describes expectations; could be part of responsibilities. But we already have responsibilities. Could add as additional bullet points under responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications: that's qualifications. So

    Qualifications

with list. - Preferred Qualifications: could be "Skills" or "Qualifications". Since we already have Qualifications, we could add Preferred under same section or separate "Skills". But we have a separate "Skills" heading example. Could put Preferred Qualifications under

    Skills

. - Benefits: we have benefits list. So

    Benefits

with list. - Pay: we have salary range and bonus. So

    Pay

with p. - Schedule: we have hybrid position requirement: in-office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday). Also mention may be required to work extended hours, including 24x7 coverage during storms. That's schedule info. So

    Schedule

with p. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. We need to preserve all substantive information. Ensure we don't omit details. Let's extract content. Who We Are: description of Exelon. Might be considered "About the role"? Actually it's about company. Could be omitted? The instruction says include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content about company; but we don't have a heading like "About the company". Not in list. Could we omit? Might lose info. But maybe we can incorporate into About the role? Not ideal. However we could create a section "About the role" and include both company description and role purpose. But the instruction says use those headings as examples; not strictly limited to them? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect those headings; we can use them. So we need to fit content into those. Thus we can put company description under About the role as introductory paragraph. Primary Purpose: also under About the role maybe as further detail. But we need to avoid duplication. Let's craft:

    About the role

[Company description] The IT Principal Systems Engineer position serves as ...

Then Responsibilities: list of primary duties with percentages. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications. Skills: Preferred Qualifications. Benefits: list. Pay: salary range and bonus. Schedule: hybrid requirement and extended hours. We must not include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Now extract details. Company description (Who We Are): "We're powering a cleaner, brighter future. Exelon is leading the energy transformation, and we're calling all problem solvers, innovators, community builders and change makers. Work with us to deliver solutions that make our diverse cities and communities stronger, healthier and more resilient. We are a Fortune 200 company, 20,000 colleagues strong serving more than 10.7 million customers at six energy companies -- Atlantic City Electric (ACE), Baltimore Gas and Electric (BGE), Commonwealth Edison (ComEd), Delmarva Power & Light (DPL), PECO Energy Company (PECO), and Potomac Electric Power Company (Pepco). We're committed to creating an environment where every person can thrive. Our employee experience is grounded in four tenets that guide how we support our people: purposeful careers, growth opportunities, community impact, and support to thrive. In our relentless pursuit of excellence, we elevate diverse voices, fresh perspectives and bold thinking. And since we know transforming the future of energy is hard work, we provide competitive compensation, incentives, excellent benefits and the opportunity to build a rewarding career." Primary Purpose paragraph: "The IT Principal Systems Engineer position serves as a distinguished technical role providing leadership and critical thinking to drive technology solutions by weighing advantages of technology standards, market availability of products, and risks and benefits of technology introduction into Exelon's computing environment. It requires demonstrated leadership to drive strategy, assess cross impact opportunities or risks, and solve intricate problems. This role will work independently, as a technical mentor and as part of a team. Within the CC&B Revenue Management functional area, this position provides strategic technical leadership for critical customer billing, credit and collections, payment processing, deposits, financial adjustments, revenue assurance, and regulatory compliance capabilities across Exelon's operating companies. The role partners closely with business stakeholders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, reliable, and aligned with enterprise business objectives. The IT Principal Systems Engineer is responsible for evaluating and influencing solution architecture, establishing technical standards and best practices, identifying process improvement opportunities, and driving the successful delivery of major initiatives and regulatory programs. The position provides oversight of complex integrations and system dependencies, evaluates the impacts of application and infrastructure changes, and proactively mitigates risks that could affect revenue operations, customer experience, financial integrity, or regulatory compliance. Additionally, this role serves as a trusted advisor to leadership by providing technical direction, supporting strategic roadmaps, mentoring engineering teams, and fostering a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. The individual is expected to leverage deep expertise in CC&B and Revenue Management processes to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business value while maintaining the stability, performance, and integrity of Exelon's credit and collections, customer, and revenue systems. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies. This is a multiple‑location posting. The selected candidate may be based out of our Exelon Corporate Office locations in Philadelphia, PA, Kennett Square, PA, Baltimore, MD, Oakbrook, IL, Washington, DC** Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)." But note that the hybrid note appears also later; we should not duplicate. We'll keep schedule section. Primary Duties list: - Provide technical expertise to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results. (25%) - Ensure appropriate implementation of technology within various environments. (25%) Actually the text: "Provide technical expertise to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results. Ensure appropriate implementation of technology within various environments. (25%)" It seems two bullets combined? Let's parse: The bullet list appears as: Provide technical expertise to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results. (25%) Ensure appropriate implementation of technology within various environments. (25%)? Wait the original: "Provide technical expertise to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results. Ensure appropriate implementation of technology within various environments. (25%)" Actually the formatting: Provide technical expertise to IT and business teams to identify technology solutions and strategies to achieve business results. (25%) Provide technological expertise and advice to engineering teams, IT leadership in the development of strategic information technology plans to support business strategies. (20%) Create POC's & working prototypes and present recommendations to help decision making as well as ease of adoption to engineering teams (15%) Developing enterprise libraries that promote consistency and improves efficiency/ productivity in engineering teams (15%) Establish, maintain and enhance relationships with business and IT partners. Communicate status to key stakeholders on a regular basis. (10%) Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise, evaluate new technologies or technology opportunities, and provide analysis of their potential impact to advantage the business. (10%) Provide input to IT managers on the performance of IT personnel to assist in performance evaluations, career development, and recognition. (5%) Thus each line ends with percentage in parentheses. We'll keep each as
  • with the text including percentage. Job Scope: maybe we can incorporate into responsibilities as additional bullets, but we already have duties. Could add as separate bullet under responsibilities? But we might just ignore Job Scope as it's somewhat redundant. However we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include Job Scope content somewhere. Could add as a separate section maybe "Requirements"? But Job Scope describes expectations, could be part of responsibilities or qualifications. Let's treat as part of responsibilities (additional bullets). We'll add bullets under responsibilities for Job Scope points. Job Scope bullet points: - Maintains expert knowledge of multiple technologies and its cross impact to applications across our business areas and for our customers - Acts as a role model for technological innovation to drive new business opportunities and solve highly complex business problems, inclusive of partner, vendor and other IT professionals - Requires expert level skill set and proficiency in multiple technical disciplines - Conducts the most complex work assignments with little to no supervision and a high degree of independent judgement - Creates and contributes to a development-centric work environment where employees are challenged, coached and engaged. - Serves as peer coach for sr. system engineers We'll add these as
  • under responsibilities (maybe without percentages). Now Minimum Qualifications: list of bullet points. We need to capture each line. Minimum Qualifications text: "Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Computer Networking 8 -10 years' experience in IT infrastructure design, application design, cloud computing, disaster/recovery, or 12-15 years of relevant experienceDemonstrates both technical expertise and business acumen within the CC&B Revenue Management functional areaDemonstrated technical understanding across the IT portfolio of platforms and productsMaintained knowledge of how systems integrateDemonstrated ability to draw inference from multiple variables and independently offer solutions to highly complex technical problemsDevelops vision and strategyExpert in articulating sensitive and mission-critical information to a wide variety of target audiences (written and verbal, inclusive of executive leaders)Strong relationship management and team mentorship skillsExperience being visible to and interfacing with company leaders.
