Principal Systems Engineer

The Role Lead an engineering team in providing technical assistance and recommendations for Battlespace Awareness and Information Operations (BAIO) Programs of Record. Manage a team of cross-functional engineering disciplines in delivering Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance capabilities to government customers. Analyze system capabilities to determine integration requirements, define challenges, and develop plans to address them. Conduct systems/system of systems architecture design, integration, testing, experimentation, implementation, and cyber certification activities. Assist in the development and update of Information Operations (IO) systems technical documentation. Provide subject matter expertise for developing Fleet employment of IO and related systems, including CONOP, CONEMP, and OPTASK development. What You'll Need Bachelor's Degree in Science, Engineering or Math with 9+ years of experience, or Master's with 7+ years of experience. Active TS/SCI clearance is required. Proven ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders, government technical representatives, and supporting contractors. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to brief senior government personnel. Ability to work independently or in a team collaborative environment.
