Responsibilities
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery while staying within financial constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
- Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management and client representatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
Qualifications
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
- Experience with sustainable infrastructure projects.
- Knowledge of local and international construction codes and regulations.
