Responsibilities

  • Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely delivery while staying within financial constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, and clients to define project scope and objectives.
  • Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate project progress and status updates to stakeholders, including senior management and client representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.

Qualifications

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar.
  • Experience with sustainable infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of local and international construction codes and regulations.
