Lead a team of professionals in delivering high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse range of projects. Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality standards while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution, including resource allocation and risk management.
- Manage project teams, set goals, and provide regular performance feedback.
- Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.
- Conduct regular progress reviews and communicate project status to stakeholders.
- Resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
- Experience with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of local and international building codes and regulations.
