About the role

This role is a high visibility position that directly contributes to customer experience and business growth. The Principal SCM will own, influence, and execute Direct Fulfillment projects, define the program, set objectives, analyze data, drive improvements, and influence resource allocation.

Responsibilities

  • Work cross-functionally to determine organizational synergies and opportunities for operational processes
  • Build solid relationships with peers across the organization and ensure smooth process flow and collaboration
  • Identify problems and explore solutions to current processes and systems
  • Use analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, and initiatives for improvement
  • Develop and report metrics on organizational performance and review
  • Develop and manage resource planning for product development
  • Lead and deliver results on projects involving cross-functional teams including program updates on a weekly, monthly basis to all levels of the organization
  • Drive continuous improvement
  • Exhibit communication skills and instincts with stakeholders at all levels delivering concise and effective messages to a variety of audiences with the right detail and timing
  • Lead 3YP/OP1 goals and Quarterly business review at VP level for the NA DF organization

Requirements

  • 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
  • 7+ years of program or project management experience
  • 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 7+ years of working cross functionally across several teams experience
  • 10+ years of supply chain experience
  • Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
  • Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

  • Bachelor's degree

Pay

Base salary range: $142,800.00 - $193,200.00 USD annually
