About the role
The Principal Supply Analyst - Kinaxis Maestro will drive innovation in supply chain planning and execution. In this role, you’ll design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Kinaxis Maestro platform, helping deliver life-saving products to patients worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Design and configure Maestro solutions for campaign management, lifecycle planning, and inventory optimization.
- Develop worksheets, dashboards, and analytics to support planning and execution.
- Create custom templates, algorithms, and scripts to enhance functionality.
- Integrate Maestro with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and life sciences platforms.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, EMA, GMP, and other regulatory standards.
- Train end-users on Maestro functionalities and best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation for workflows and configurations.
- Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Resolve issues related to data integrity and system integrations.
- Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, planning, manufacturing, and finance teams.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of demand planning, clinical trial supply chains, SIOP and regulatory compliance.
- Experience integrating ERP and life sciences-specific software, preferably Oracle.
- Good understanding of Kinaxis Maestro data model, control table, and data management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and programming skills (Python, SQL) are a plus.
Qualifications
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Senior Supply Analyst: 5+ years in Supply Chain Planning solutions, 3+ years hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, preferably in life sciences.
- Principal Supply Analyst: 8+ years in Supply Chain Planning solutions, 5+ years hands-on experience with Kinaxis Maestro, preferably in life sciences.
- Kinaxis Maestro Author or Administrator certifications, Level 2 or higher preferred.
Skills
- Strong understanding of demand planning, clinical trial supply chains, SIOP and regulatory compliance.

$78,700.00 - $150,600.00 annually
