Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and other project partners to ensure project success and client satisfaction.
• Conduct regular progress reviews and provide timely feedback to the team to ensure continuous improvement.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental standards during project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in engineering management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of local regulations and industry standards.
