About the role

Lead a team of professionals in the design and implementation of sustainable infrastructure solutions. Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure projects that meet client needs while adhering to environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess project feasibility, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality control processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, including clients, regulatory bodies, and community groups, to secure project approvals and support.
• Conduct regular project reviews and provide progress updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in sustainable infrastructure to inform project decisions and enhance project outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in sustainable infrastructure design and management.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Experience with sustainable infrastructure projects in diverse geographic regions.
• Knowledge of green building certifications such as LEED.
• Experience with sustainable transportation planning and engineering.
