About the role

Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering sustainable infrastructure solutions across various projects. Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sustainable infrastructure solutions that meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success, including engineers, architects, and other specialists.
  • Manage project scopes, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability standards throughout project execution.
  • Conduct regular project reviews and provide feedback to improve project outcomes and team performance.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements in project management processes.

Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in infrastructure engineering or related field.

Proven track record in leading large-scale infrastructure projects.

Strong understanding of sustainable design principles and ability to integrate these into project designs.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • Knowledge of local and international environmental regulations.
  • Experience with sustainability certification programs (LEED, BREEAM, etc.) desirable.
