We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes: - About the role: description of purpose, essential functions (Risk Strategy and Planning, Strategic Program and Workstream Leadership, Risk Framework, Program, and Capability Development, Executive Communication and Stakeholder Alignment). That's responsibilities. - Minimum Qualifications (education, experience) -> Requirements/Qualifications. - Preferred Qualifications -> maybe Skills? Could be separate. - Physical Requirements -> maybe not needed? It's not a standard heading; but we could include under Requirements? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we need to map content accordingly. We have Pay info: Base Pay Scale for location ranges. Also mention discretionary incentive plan and benefits. So we have Pay and Benefits sections. Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; only hybrid work model for positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model. That's schedule info (hybrid). So we can include Schedule section with that detail. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. So we need to strip out the EEO statement at end, also the "Background and drug screen." maybe part of qualifications? It's a requirement; we can keep as part of Requirements. We must preserve all substantive information; not invent or summarize away detail. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual pay ranges. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Thus produce something like:

Then Responsibilities: maybe list essential functions as
  • ... each bullet. We have four categories: Risk Strategy and Planning, Strategic Program and Workstream Leadership, Risk Framework, Program, and Capability Development, Executive Communication and Stakeholder Alignment. Each has multiple bullet points. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can break each bullet into
  • items. We'll need to extract each bullet from the text. Let's parse: Risk Strategy and Planning - Translate enterprise and Risk priorities into functional strategies, roadmaps, initiatives, and execution plans that mature Risk capabilities and support business objectives. - Support the development and ongoing evolution of short- and long-term Risk planning and priorities. - Identify and assess emerging risk-management practices, industry developments, regulatory considerations, and business trends and translate them into relevant implications and recommendations. - Connect Risk strategy with business priorities, operating needs, and execution across relevant functions. - Apply structured problem-solving and sound judgment to complex or ambiguous issues, synthesizing information into actionable recommendations. Strategic Program and Workstream Leadership - Lead the Risk workstream for large, complex, cross-functional enterprise programs, representing Risk throughout planning, design, development, implementation, and execution. - Translate program objectives into an integrated Risk workplan with defined deliverables, milestones, dependencies, decision points, owners, and success measures. - Establish and maintain appropriate governance, operating rhythms, escalation paths, and reporting mechanisms to support effective execution. - Coordinate activities across Risk teams and business partners to ensure requirements, decisions, dependencies, and deliverables are understood and appropriately incorporated into broader program plans. - Proactively identify execution risks, constraints, dependencies, and emerging issues; facilitate resolution and escalate matters requiring senior leadership decisions. - Monitor progress against commitments and drive accountability for timely completion of Risk deliverables. - Provide clear and concise program updates to senior and executive stakeholders, including progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and recommended actions. - Partner with program and workstream leaders across the organization to resolve competing priorities and maintain alignment on intended outcomes. Risk Framework, Program, and Capability Development - Lead the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maturation of Risk frameworks, programs, capabilities, and operating models. - Define roles, responsibilities, processes, governance, controls, measures, and operating practices required to support sustainable Risk capabilities. - Guide initiatives from initial concept and assessment through design, implementation, adoption, and measurement of outcomes. - Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness, scalability, integration, and consistency of Risk processes and capabilities. - Partner with first- and second-line Risk teams and other stakeholders to strengthen integration and consistency of Risk practices and outcomes. - Maintain an end-to-end perspective of how Risk activities, business processes, controls, stakeholders, and program dependencies interact. Executive Communication and Stakeholder Alignment - Serve as a trusted Risk advisor to senior and executive stakeholders on strategic initiatives, program execution, and Risk capability development. - Synthesize complex Risk, regulatory, operational, and program information into clear narratives and decision-ready recommendations. - Develop concise, executive-ready presentations and materials that communicate strategy, program status, key decisions, risks, and outcomes. - Facilitate executive forums, working sessions, governance meetings, and decision discussions. - Influence outcomes across functions and levels without direct authority and create alignment on priorities, ownership, decisions, and next steps. - Review key deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with intended strategic outcomes. - Promote accountability, disciplined execution, collaboration, and continuous improvement across initiatives. Now Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications paragraph includes: Education and experience typically obtained through completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Risk Management, Finance, Program Management, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience. Typically has 15 years of experience or demonstrated portfolio consistent with experience required of the role. Demonstrated experience in risk management, enterprise or functional strategy, strategic program leadership, transformation, business operations, or related disciplines. Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from planning and design through execution. Experience establishing program governance, integrated workplans, milestones, dependencies, success measures, and executive reporting. Demonstrated ability to identify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholders. Strong analytical and structured problem-solving capabilities, including the ability to operate effectively in ambiguous or evolving situations. Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment and accountability without direct authority. Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and executive communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information for different audiences. Demonstrated ability to develop actionable strategies, frameworks, programs, operating models, or organizational capabilities. Background and drug screen. We can put these as
    • items. Preferred Qualifications: list bullet points: - Experience leading Risk workstreams within large-scale enterprise programs or business transformations. - Experience designing or implementing Risk frameworks, programs, capabilities, governance structures, or operating models. - Experience in payments, banking, fintech, financial services technology, or another regulated environment. - Experience partnering across first- and second-line Risk functions. - Experience supporting initiatives involving multiple internal functions and external partners. - Relevant Risk management, program management, or related professional certification. We could place under Skills or maybe Qualifications. Since we have both Requirements and Qualifications headings allowed, we could put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Qualifications under Skills (or Qualifications). But we need to avoid duplication. Let's decide: - Requirements: Minimum Qualifications (education, experience, etc.) - Skills: Preferred Qualifications (maybe also include some skill-like items). Or we could combine both under Qualifications. But we have both headings allowed; we can use Requirements for mandatory, Qualifications for preferred? Actually the instruction list includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We need to decide mapping. Better: Use Requirements for mandatory qualifications, and Qualifications for preferred qualifications (or Skills). But we also have Skills heading; we could put preferred qualifications under Skills. Thus:

      Requirements

        ... mandatory items

      Skills

        ... preferred items
Now Benefits: The posting lists many benefits: Healthcare Coverage – Competitive medical (PPO/HDHP), dental, and vision plans as well as company contributions to your Health Savings Account (HSA) or pre-tax savings through flexible spending accounts (FSA) for commuting, health & dependent care expenses. 401(k) Retirement Plan – Featuring a 100% Company Safe Harbor Match on your first 6% deferral immediately upon eligibility. We need to preserve all substantive information; we can list each benefit as
    • . Pay: The Base Pay Scale For This Position In Phoenix, AZ/ Chicago, IL / Washington, DC in USD per year is: $154,000 - $193,000. New York, NY/ San Francisco, CA in USD per year is: $186,000 - $232,000. Additionally, candidates are eligible for a discretionary incentive plan and benefits. This pay scale is subject to change... We'll include that as

maybe. Schedule: Positions located in Scottsdale, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York follow a hybrid work model to allow for a more collaborative working environment. So schedule: hybrid. We'll output sections in logical order: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not include empty sections. All have content. Now ensure we don't include any boilerplate like EEO statement at end. Remove that. Also remove "The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list..." etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove. Also remove "Early Warning Services takes into consideration a variety of factors..." etc. That's also boilerplate about pay determination; but it's substantive? It's about how they determine pay; could be considered part of Pay section? It's not a specific pay range but description of factors. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. The paragraph about factors is substantive about pay determination; we could include it in Pay section. However it's somewhat generic but still part of posting. We'll include it as a

      under Pay. Similarly,
