About the role

Join Siemens Digital Industries Software’s Strategic Planning team, where you’ll transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and influence executive-level decisions.

Essential Functions

• Transform complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and impactful executive-level communications.
• Develop compelling storylines and presentations that facilitate strategic discussions and decision-making.
• Articulate complex strategic recommendations, insights, and visions clearly and persuasively through presentations, reports, and discussions to diverse stakeholders.
• Bring thought leadership to strategic dialogues through deep understanding of strategic topics.
• Build consensus, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive the adoption and implementation of strategic initiatives.
• Actively explore and leverage AI tools and capabilities to improve strategic analysis, accelerate insights generation, and improve the efficiency and depth of strategic thought leadership.

Skills

• Solid understanding of business drivers, market dynamics, and financial implications, with comfort in using data to inform strategic decisions.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and apply strategic frameworks (e.g., SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, PESTEL) to analyze complex business challenges and opportunities.
• Highly articulate and persuasive, capable of conveying complex strategic concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly to all levels of the organization.
• Genuine curiosity about a broad range of strategic topics, from market dynamics to technological innovation.

Education and Experience Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, or a similar analytical role, with a track record of delivering impactful insights.
• Bachelor’s degree required. An MBA or other advanced degree is welcome but not required – how you think matters more.
• Direct experience in enterprise software, SaaS, industrial software, or one of our segments is a plus.
