Principal, Strategic Planning & Integration

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Principal Strategic Planning & Integration to advance people and talent initiatives that strengthen organizational effectiveness, leadership capability, and employee experience.

About the role

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. The position offers the opportunity to influence culture, talent strategy, and scalable people operations within a regulated financial services environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordinated planning and execution across multiple product teams
• Streamline customer engagement and signal capture with Digital Product Managers
• Align workforce planning with future skill needs and organizational capacity
• Support strategic vendor engagement aligned with enterprise priorities
• Curate clear and consistent strategic narratives reflecting CEP's impact

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of leading strategic initiatives in complex technology environments
• Demonstrated enterprise strategic planning and execution capabilities
• Proven success in executive influence and organizational leadership
• Strong understanding of technology and product partnership dynamics

Pay

$159,594 – $209,594 annually
