What You Will Do
- Lead the design, analysis, prototyping, and testing of static mechanical components and systems.
- Develop and implement global engineering standards for process equipment design, fabrication, and maintenance.
- Support CAPEX project execution from concept through installation and commissioning.
- Apply “Design for Reliability” principles to ensure robust and sustainable equipment performance.
- Evaluate engineering calculations, specifications, and datasheets to deliver complete technical definitions for static equipment.
- Conduct technical bid evaluations, supplier selection, and oversee vendor engagement, design reviews, and inspections.
- Contribute to preventive maintenance programs, Best Operating Practices (BOP), and critical routines to optimize reliability.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10+ years of mechanical design experience, including CAD modeling (e.g., SolidWorks) and FEA.
- Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and large-scale project execution.
- Knowledge of static equipment, reliability principles, and international engineering standards.
- Leverage Lean Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement certification preferred.
Pay
$123,500.00 - $164,700.00 Annual
