Principal Equipment Engineer

Duties

• performing data analysis using SPC (Statistical Process Control), real-time monitoring methods, and additional sources to monitor and maintain performance of equipment
• planning and performing preventative maintenance with technician team
• developing and implementing improvements for availability and reliability of equipment
• continuously improving quality, cost, and throughput
• tracking and maintaining adequate spare parts inventory for maintenance needs to limit tool down time
• interacting with both internal customers and vendors as needed to improve performance and modify equipment
• supervising and supporting equipment installation or relocation
• troubleshooting tool issues to quickly diagnose and repair

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry, and five (5) years of experience in a related position
• Master's Degree or foreign equivalent in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry and two (2) years of experience in a related position
• Senior level photolithography equipment experience in a semiconductor manufacturing facility
• Experience with ASML and/or TEL TRACK tools
• Project management experience
