About the role
Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is seeking a qualified Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 3) or Sr. Principal Program Cost & Schedule Control Analyst (Level 4) to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. This is an onsite, individual contributor role with no virtual or telecommute options due to the classified nature of the work.
Responsibilities
- Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts comply with negotiated parameters and government cost control guidelines.
- Support the preparation and coordination of monthly and quarterly financial forecasting and reporting processes.
- Provide internal reporting, incorporating forecasts, identifying staffing issues related to baseline/ETC, and executing corrective actions or updates using program reporting tools.
- Interface with Business Managers to support booking rate files and profitability updates.
- Lead a smaller team while collaborating with the Program Office.
- Use financial systems with an understanding of DoD financial rhythms; provide strategic guidance as required.
- Develop and implement solutions of moderate scope and complexity.
- Analyze variances/trends and develop new methods and process techniques.
- Work under general supervision, completing assignments per schedule and escalating potential issues.
- Exert influence on peers and internal customers while representing the finance team on various projects.
Requirements
- Active Government Secret clearance (or higher) with a background investigation completed within the last 6 years or currently enrolled in Continuous Evaluation.
- Ability to obtain and maintain Program Access within a reasonable period.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience supporting a monthly financial forecasting rhythm.
- Experience with EAC (Estimate at Completion) development and analysis.
- Experience with SAP and/or Cobra.
Qualifications
Level 3
- Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
- OR Master’s degree with 3 years of experience in the same fields.
Level 4
- Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of experience in business administration, finance, accounting, financial analysis, or a related field.
- OR Master’s degree with 6 years of experience in the same fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing CDRLs (IPMR/IPMDAR/CPR/CFSR/CSDR).
- Ability to run S4 BW (OLAP) Queries.
- Experience with Excel Macros, Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and Slicer tools.
- Experience with IFAS/NGFP.

Pay
- Level 3 Salary Range: $77,000.00 - $115,600.00
- Level 4 Salary Range: $96,200.00 - $144,200.00
Base salary offers consider factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.
