We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes paragraphs about company, role, location, etc. We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove relocation assistance, clearance required, travel? Travel is mentioned: "TRAVEL: Yes, 25% of the Time". That's a detail; we need to include it somewhere. Probably under About the role or maybe a separate section? Since we have only defined headings, we can include travel info in About the role paragraph. We need to include Pay section if posting actually states them. Yes, salary ranges are given. So include Pay section with those ranges. Schedule: posting mentions "9/80 schedule". Also maybe flexible work arrangements. So we can include Schedule section with that info. Benefits: posting mentions benefits: "exceptional benefits/healthcare, a 9/80schedule, and a great 401K matching program." Also mentions health insurance, life and disability insurance, savings plan, company paid holidays and PTO. So we can include Benefits section. Qualifications: includes Basic Qualifications for Level 3 and Level 4. Also Preferred Qualifications. So we can have Requirements (maybe basic qualifications) and Qualifications (preferred?) But the instruction says use headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where. Responsibilities: duties & responsibilities list. Requirements: maybe basic qualifications. Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications. Skills: maybe list of skills like process mapping, etc. But we could also put skills under Responsibilities or Requirements. However we need to include a Skills section only if there is real specific content. The posting includes many skill statements: strong organizational skills, process mapping, workflow design, requirements gathering, ability to manage multiple projects, proficiency with MS Office, ability to work cross-functional, etc. Those could go under Skills. We must not repeat job title as heading. Also not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must preserve all substantive info; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can reorganize into sections. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove duplicated lines: there are duplicated basic qualifications sections for Level 3 and Level 4; we need to keep both but not duplicate identical lines? The basic qualifications for Level 3 and Level 4 share many lines (strong organizational skills etc). They are duplicated; we should keep the content but not repeat identical sentences? The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." So we should remove duplicated lines. That means if a line appears exactly same in both sections, we should only include once. However we need to preserve the distinction of Level 3 vs Level 4 qualifications (experience/education). So we need to keep the differing parts (education/experience requirements) but the common skill lines can be deduplicated. Thus we need to extract: - About the role: description paragraphs about company, role, location, team charter, core focus, etc. - Responsibilities: the bullet list under Duties & Responsibilities. - Requirements: basic qualifications for Level 3 and Level 4 (education/experience). Possibly also note that role may be filled as either level. - Qualifications: preferred qualifications. - Skills: maybe the common skill lines (strong organizational skills, process mapping, etc.) but those are also in requirements; but we can put them under Skills. - Benefits: benefits described. - Pay: salary ranges. - Schedule: flexible work arrangements, 9/80 schedule. We also need to include travel: 25% travel. Could be under About the role or maybe a separate note; but we have no heading for Travel. Could include in About the role paragraph. We must not include EEO statement, application period, etc. Now craft HTML. We'll produce something like:

About the role

At Northrop Grumman, our employees have incredible opportunities to work on revolutionary systems that impact people's lives around the world today, and for generations to come. Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history. Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located partially on site at one of the following Aeronautics Systems sites: Palmdale CA, El Segundo CA, Clearfield UT, or Melbourne, FL. In this role, you will be a part of the Facilities Strategic Planning & Integration team whose charter is to maximize operational excellence and efficiency of the distributed Facilities organization through centralized, strategic homeroom support of systems, tools, processes, portfolio planning, and coordination of Sector/Corporate initiatives impacting the broader NGAS Facilities organization. A core focus of this position is driving system and process adoption by developing robust training programs, leading stakeholder change management initiatives, and managing process reviews and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure smooth transitions during process and tool rollouts. This Principal Facilities Process Engineer Level 3 or Senior Principal Facilities Process Engineer Level 4 will be responsible for standardizing, maintaining, and improving facilities processes, tools, and training across multiple AS locations. This role manages core facilities process documentation, supports and optimizes facilities software tools, and leads training and integration efforts to ensure consistent, efficient operations nationwide. The position partners closely with site facilities teams, functions (e.g. ESHM, security, operations, IT), and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and a consistent employee experience. Travel is required approximately 25% of the time.

But note there is a weird phrase "opening for to join". That's from original; we must preserve as is? It says "Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems has an opening for to join our team". That's likely a typo but we must preserve substantive information; we should not correct it? The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." It doesn't say we must fix grammar. So we keep the exact text. Now Responsibilities: we need
  • for each duty. List them: - Review and optimize standardized facilities processes and procedures for multiple sites. - Coordinate periodic reviews and updates to documentation to align with changing requirements and business needs. - Monitor key metrics and feedback from sites to identify gaps & opportunities. - Lead structured Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations into critical facility system failures to isolate technical or process flaws. - Prioritize needs for improvement based on calculated business value. - Collaborate with key resources and stakeholders on solution development. - Coordinate requirements gathering, configuration changes, testing, and rollout of tool enhancements and new features. - Design and execute structured change management plans to transition diverse stakeholder groups (from executive leadership to frontline technicians) through software updates and process modifications. - Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) discovered during RCAs, adjusting operational workflows or system integrations to prevent repeat failures. - Author clear, accessible training documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), quick-reference guides, and video tutorials tailored to different user roles and technical skill levels. - Design and deliver training for facilities staff and stakeholders on processes, tools, and best practices. Support change management for process and tool changes, including communication plans and adoption tracking. - Develop and maintain user guides, quick-reference material, and standard configurations to support consistent tool usage. - Act as a primary contact for user questions, support, and feedback related to facilities processes and tools. - Work with site leaders to understand local requirements and align them with standard practices. - Develop and standardize workflows for long-range facility planning, space utilization, and asset lifecycle management. We need to ensure we keep all. Now Requirements: basic qualifications for Level 3 and Level 4. We need to include education/experience combos. We should present maybe as:

    Requirements

Level 3 Facilities Process Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Construction Management, Operations Research, Engineering, (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical), Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a relevant technical field with 5 Years of relevant experience; OR a Master's Degree in the stated fields with 3 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD in the stated fields with 1 year of relevant experience.

Level 4 Facilities Process Engineer: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Architecture or Construction Management, Operations Research, Engineering, (Industrial, Systems, Mechanical), Computer Science, Management Information Systems (MIS), or a relevant technical field with 8 Years of relevant experience; OR a Master's Degree in the stated fields with 6 years of relevant experience; OR a PhD in the stated fields with 4 year of relevant experience.

We should also note that the role may be filled as either level. Could add a sentence. Now Skills: we need to list skill statements that are common. From the basic qualifications sections we have: - Strong organizational skills in managing time, projects, and resources. - Strong skills in process mapping, workflow design, and requirements gathering. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities across geographically dispersed locations. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office/365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent collaboration platforms). - Ability to work in cross functional teams and interact with both managers and customers. - Ability to organize stakeholders while providing project visibility and closure plans. Now Benefits: we need to include: - We offer flexible work arrangements, phenomenal learning opportunities, exposure to a wide variety of projects and customers, and a very friendly inclusive environment! - We are looking for self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented people to help us grow our services and become even better at what we do. - At Northrop Grumman, we are on the cutting edge of innovation-- building the next generation of sophisticated aircraft to protect our country. - Our diverse portfolio of programs means there are endless paths to cultivate your career. - We are well-known for our inclusive, family environment, as well as our excellent work/life balance. - We also offer exceptional benefits/healthcare, a 9/80schedule, and a great 401K matching program. - In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business. We should keep these as bullet list maybe. Now Pay: salary ranges. We need to include the ranges for Level 3 and Level 4 by location, plus primary/secondary level salary range. We can present as:
