The Land & Air Defense Systems (LADS) team is seeking a highly motivated finance professional (P3) to join the MRAD Product Area as a Belgium NASAMS Financial analyst. The flagship product within the MRAD portfolio is the Sentinel system, built in partnership with Kongsberg Defense & Aerospace (KDA). The successful candidate will collaborate with key leaders within the Program Office, Engineering, Supply Chain and IPT Leads, providing the team with financial management, insight and solutions to better drive program needs.
Responsibilities
- Support management of cost control, EVMS compliance, financial forecasting, and overall financial execution of the program.
- Work under deadlines and constraints; multitask across a variety of tasks and work with all levels of the organization.
- Provide top‑level program planning and control guidance; summarize, package, and present information to all levels of management; execute hands‑on with the finance team.
- Implementation and maintenance of Earned Value Management.
- Provide monthly variance and data analysis.
- Develop and support Quarterly Estimate‑at‑Completion (EAC) / monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) development.
- Establish and maintain program logs (MR, UB, BCRs, etc.).
- Provide financial guidance to Program Managers, IPT leads, and Cost Account Managers (CAMs).
- Provide cost, schedule, financial analysis/reporting, funding planning, maintenance and reporting utilizing standard company tools and processes.
- Review financial reports, presentations, and proposals for accuracy and completeness.
