Principal Specialist (P3), Program Cost Controls *ONSITE*

About the role

The Advanced Effectors & Space organization within the Advanced Technologies Strategic Business Unit at Raytheon has an immediate opening for a Principal Specialist, Program Cost Controls (P3).

Responsibilities

• Execute all monthly/quarterly contract deliverable items
• Manage Inter-Organizational Transfers with partner business units ensuring proper funding levels and scope are clearly identified
• Play integral role in generating monthly financial forecasts for the portfolio in Rplan
• Act as a trusted partner with program leadership to provide financial analysis and guidance to ensure compliant cost collection

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or a related field & a minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience; OR an Advanced degree in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience
• Experience interpreting and/or analyzing large financial data sets
• Experience in organizing, preparing and/or presenting briefings to management and peers
• Experience with computer/Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
