About the role

RTX (Raytheon Technologies) is seeking an onsite Product Manager for Interorganizational (IOT), New Product Integration (NPI), and/or Production Programs with operations experience. This role will guide execution and develop program plans to introduce new products to factory operations at the Consolidated Manufacturing Center in McKinney, Texas.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure functional and factory areas execute strategies to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements while focusing on profitability, improved ROI, and sustained growth.
  • Lead collaboratively across Operations, Supply Chain, Program Operations Management (POM), Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering, and Mission Assurance.
  • Demonstrate performance in business operations, performance measurement systems, and command media.
  • Lead or support factory meetings (HMT, Retrospective/IPT, Tiers) and production activities, including team engagement, production control, value stream mapping, proposal efforts, and LRE/EAC activities.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of experience.
  • Professional experience in factory operations, engineering, and/or supply chain in a team environment.
  • Experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the Build Plan or MRP plan to meet customer contractual commitments.
  • U.S. citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma/CORE, and other operational methodologies.
  • CORE Certification.
  • Experience using business and project management tools and procedures such as Risk Management and Financial Forecasting.
  • Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with the ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem-solving approaches, and manage execution.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $86,800 – $165,200 USD. The range provided is a good-faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

This is an onsite role. Employees in onsite roles work primarily onsite, including all production and maintenance employees essential to product development.
