About the role

The Principal Solutions Architect will serve as a senior technical advisor, guiding enterprise customers through the design, implementation, and optimization of advanced AI-powered solutions. This role combines enterprise architecture, consulting leadership, and emerging technology expertise to help organizations unlock the value of intelligent automation and connected data.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex enterprise engagements, providing technical direction, architectural expertise, and strategic guidance throughout the customer transformation lifecycle.
  • Ensure solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
  • Partner with customer executives, implementation teams, product groups, and engineering organizations to drive successful outcomes.
  • Translate complex business challenges into transformative digital solutions.
  • Design enterprise architectures leveraging AI platforms, low-code technologies, graph capabilities, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.
  • Establish architectural standards around security, governance, scalability, observability, and operational excellence.
  • Guide customers in identifying high-value AI use cases and designing agentic workflows that automate complex business processes.
  • Support customer adoption, value realization, and expansion of intelligent technology capabilities.
  • Contribute reusable frameworks, implementation assets, architectural standards, and best practices to improve delivery excellence.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise software delivery, solution architecture, consulting, digital transformation, or technology leadership roles.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing graph database solutions and enterprise knowledge graph architectures.
  • Strong experience with graph data modeling, ontology design, semantic architectures, and relationship analytics.
  • Experience with graph database technologies such as Neo4j, Amazon Neptune, TigerGraph, Stardog, ArangoDB, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of graph query languages such as SPARQL, Cypher, Gremlin, or equivalent technologies.
  • Experience leading large-scale technology implementations for enterprise organizations.
  • Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, and enterprise automation platforms.
  • Experience designing context engineering strategies, including information organization, data chunking, summarization, governance, and knowledge source management.
  • Demonstrated success managing executive stakeholder relationships and complex delivery programs.
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, consulting, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing environments, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), digital thread initiatives, engineering processes, or product intelligence solutions.
  • Experience implementing graph-based digital thread or manufacturing knowledge graph solutions.
  • Familiarity with semantic web standards including RDF, OWL, linked data, and knowledge representation frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agent frameworks, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • Knowledge of enterprise data governance, master data management, and metadata management practices.
  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, AI, enterprise architecture, or graph technologies.
