Responsibilities
- Drive the evolution of Trellis design system during the company’s 2026 UI modernization
- Collaborate with teams to create a high-quality component library
- Define accessibility capabilities for Trellis to enhance user experience
- Create internal tooling to support Trellis evolution
- Create migration tools for transitioning Canvas applications to Trellis
- Mentor staff and senior engineers on frontend development best practices
- Align frontend strategies with the company’s product roadmap
Qualifications
- 14+ years of software engineering experience with significant impact on critical business needs
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks
- Experience developing and shipping a production design system at scale
- Hands-on builder mindset with a focus on code quality and feedback
- Fluency with AI coding agents and their implications for frontend development
