WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING:

  • Own the quality of deliverables across Saviynt’s product features.
  • Lead multiple quality initiatives in close collaboration with development managers.
  • Knowledge of AI and modern AI tools and their usage.
  • Good experience in API and Integration testing.
  • Sound knowledge of SDLC and software testing methodologies.
  • In-depth understanding of various software testing types, including Functional Testing, Compatibility Testing, Usability Testing, GUI Performance Testing, and Accessibility Testing.
  • Ability to analyze business functions, identify, and derive comprehensive test scenarios (positive, negative, regression, upgrade, UAT testing).
  • Ability to understand database design and experience in writing SQL queries for testing purposes.
  • Recommend and implement tools and technologies to modernize and scale automation and regression testing.
  • Define, implement, and continuously improve Saviynt’s QE processes and metrics, ensuring alignment with business and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to integrate quality early in the development lifecycle.
  • Partner with engineering managers to drive agile practices such as TDD, BDD, and an “automation-first” testing strategy.
  • Ensure QE is tightly integrated into the CI/CD pipeline to maintain industry-leading product quality.

WHAT YOU BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience as a Principal SDET.
  • Experience managing cross-functional, matrixed quality organizations.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, Git) and code coverage tools like Sonar.
  • Proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and a broad set of testing/analysis tools.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams.
  • Ability to connect technical capabilities with business outcomes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter.
  • Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy, Incident Response Policy/Procedures, Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures, Mobile Device Policy, Account Management Policy, Access Control Policy, Personnel Security Policy, Privacy Policy.
