Principal Software Architect

About the role

The Principal Software Architect is responsible for designing and implementing complex software solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of software architecture principles and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect scalable, high-performance software systems
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define system requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for software components
• Lead architectural reviews and provide guidance on best practices
• Continuously improve software architecture through feedback and analysis

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development and architecture
• Proven track record of delivering successful projects
• Experience with cloud platforms and microservices architecture
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Qualifications

• Expertise in Java, Python, or C#
• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
• Experience with DevOps tools and practices
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Pay

Salary range: $120,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
