Principal Services Solutions Manager - Federal

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead services sales execution as a strategic advisor for key accounts
• Engage C-level executives to develop services roadmaps that drive business outcomes
• Own the professional services lifecycle from strategy to execution and forecasting
• Serve as the primary expert in cloud-based data management and AI solutions
• Lead high-performing teams to enhance customer satisfaction and project success

Qualifications

• 10+ years in a Sales and Services Delivery role, interfacing with US Public Sector and Federal government executives
• Direct experience within US Federal Government in AI, Cloud, Data, or Business Intelligence
• Strong understanding of business solutions leveraging data, including Customer Data Platforms and AI
• Proven track record in meeting booking and revenue targets
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external interactions, with a focus on technology program delivery
• Strong organizational skills; adept at managing multiple projects
• Differentiated by active TS or Secret Clearance with DoD experience

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
