Principal Services Solution Manager (West Coast)

Responsibilities

• Spearhead services sales and project delivery for key accounts, engaging C-level executives
• Own the complete professional services lifecycle from strategy to execution and forecasting
• Serve as a subject matter expert in cloud-based data warehousing, business intelligence, and AI solutions
• Lead high-performance teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
• Drive bookings and utilization targets by managing project deliveries effectively

Qualifications

• 10+ years in sales and services delivery, interfacing with executives on complex projects
• Direct industry experience, ideally within the data solutions market
• Strong understanding of leveraging data for business solutions
• Track record of exceeding bookings, utilization, and consumption targets
• Proficient communicator across internal and external teams, managing technology programs
