Principal Services Solution Manager (Healthcare & Life Science)

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Principal Services Solution Manager (Healthcare & Life Science) to drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation.

About the role

You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. This position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead services sales execution and project delivery for key accounts
• Engage C-level executives to develop services roadmaps for business outcomes
• Own the entire professional services lifecycle from strategy to delivery
• Act as the go-to expert for cloud-based data solutions
• Lead high-performing teams ensuring customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Sales and Services Delivery with executive engagement
• Direct experience in Data Warehousing, Business Intelligence, or Cloud
• Strong understanding of business solutions leveraging data
• Proven track record of meeting bookings and utilization targets
• Robust communication skills for cross-organizational collaboration
• Big 5 or boutique consulting experience preferred
• Experience in client support or advisory technical roles is a plus

Pay

$150,000 – $180,000 annually
