Responsibilities

  • Help shape, grow, and supercharge large-scale services through the Microsoft Power Platform that keep caregivers and teams running at full speed.
  • Design resilient architectures and craft smart automation.
  • Craft telemetry strategies and lead disaster recovery readiness.
  • Solve complex issues with style.
  • Administer and strategy own the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio).
  • Influence engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
  • Lead and represent the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
  • Leverage data and metrics to drive behavior, process, and priority decisions.
  • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Use systematic procedures and investigate problems utilizing root cause analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering - OR - a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 8 or more years of related experience.
  • Strong experience in automation, specifically related to deployment, recovery, or other manual processes.
  • Strong experience with n-tier solutions.
  • Strong experience with resilience modeling (failure mode analysis) and ability to simulate service outages for point solutions (automated) and platforms (manually).
  • Strong experience influencing engineering team members in translating customer and technical requirements into service architecture to meet Quality of Service Expectations.
  • Strong experience leading and representing the Service in backlog discussions and standups to establish appropriate prioritization of Live Site requirements.
  • Experience Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems.
  • Strong experience in advanced problem solving using systematic procedures and investigating problems utilizing root cause analysis.

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering - OR - a combination of equivalent education and experience.
  • 8 or more years of experience working as a Service Engineer.
  • 3 or more years of experience in Power Platform Administration.

Skills

Required skills include strong experience in automation, resilience modeling, and advanced problem-solving. Preferred skills include experience in a healthcare environment and experience in Power Platform Administration.

Pay

The salary range for this position is determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

Schedule

This role is offered on a full-time schedule with hybrid work options for candidates living within a daily commuting distance—up to 75 miles—from any of our primary office locations listed below.
