About the role
This position oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects, performing advanced project management tasks from inception to close-out, and continuously managing the system for operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects
- Perform advanced project management tasks from inception to close-out
- Manage the system for operational efficiency
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process performance and standardization
- Translate complex business questions into actionable data insights and visualizations to support pivotal decision-making
- Ensure the efficient and effective flow of products through advanced flight test facilities
Requirements
- Active US Government clearance (with a background investigation within the past 6 years or enrolled into Continuous Evaluation)
- Special Access Program (SAP) clearance within a reasonable amount of time as determined by business needs
- Microsoft Project (scheduling)
- Microsoft Excel (pivot tables)
- Microsoft PowerPoint proficiency
- Statistical, data analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and visualization experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
Qualifications
- For Principal: Bachelor's degree AND 5 years of related professional/military experience, OR Master's degree AND 3 years of related professional/military experience, OR Ph.D. AND 1 year of related professional/military experience
- For Sr Principal: Bachelor's degree AND 8 years of related professional/military experience, OR Master's degree AND 6 years of related professional/military experience, OR Ph.D. AND 4 years of related professional/military experience
Skills
- EVMS / Cost and Schedule experience
- Cost Account Management (CAM) experience
- Technical experience in manufacturing/production environment in defense, aerospace, or automotive industries
- Leverage Lean Six-Sigma green belt

Pay
- Primary Level Salary Range: $94,200.00 - $141,200.00
- Secondary Level Salary Range: $117,500.00 - $176,300.00
