About The Team
The ServiceNow Security Identity and Access Management organization builds and operates the enterprise Identity and Access Management platform that secures ServiceNow employees, systems, and partners worldwide. We are a team focused on engineering excellence — modernizing how identity governance is built, tested, and delivered. We manage enterprise-scale Identity Platforms, ServiceNow integrations and Privileged Access Management across global and regulated environments, and are expanding our capabilities into Non-Human Identity governance and AI-assisted access intelligence.
Responsibilities
- Establish the unified product strategy and roadmap that consolidates fragmented positioning across the portfolio
- Translate Customer Zero experience into validated customer priorities and integrated solution architecture
- Define and communicate the unified narrative that clarifies each product's role and integration paths
- Align engineering, design, and architecture teams across the portfolio to shared customer-success priorities
- Create and run cross-product working groups to remove blockers and accelerate customer-critical integrations
- Build customer proof points and competitive positioning stories that strengthen bundled-solution selling
- Define the security strategy and roadmap ensuring it addresses regulated-industry requirements and customer needs
- Establish intake and governance over demand and development to ensure portfolio alignment
- Drive measurable outcomes on NRR, deployment timelines (6+ months to 3–4 months), and competitive wins
- Scale the PM organization through mentorship and hands-on customer and market engagement
Requirements
- Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving—including using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- 15+ years of software product management experience
- 15+ years of business process management, process engineering, and executing process improvements
- 5+ years of Security or Risk experience with strong technical depth

- Proficient in planning, communication and presentation skills, and the capability to listen and influence
- Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent interpersonal skills, proven track record of building strong relationships and establishing credibility at all levels of the organization
- Smart, enthusiastic, creative leader who can look beyond today's problems to find tomorrow's solutions
- Significant experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap
- Experience managing or developing AI solutions
- Deeply committed to delivering the best solution for customers, with a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions
- Skilled at driving solution development with an eye on the big-picture strategy
- Passionate about defining and reporting on critical metrics that are meaningful to various audiences
Pay
For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $221,200 - $387,100, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location.
