About the role
The role involves understanding, implementing, and ensuring compliance with various security manuals and directives. Key responsibilities include managing DD254s, developing and implementing security policies, conducting self-inspections, preparing for government inspections, and managing special access programs.
Responsibilities
- Understand, implement, and ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07, NISPOM, ICDs, and related company and customer directives/policies/requirements.
- Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
- Manage DD254s and subcontractor processing actions.
- Create, obtain approval for, and implement security policies, procedures, and documentation specific to the program.
- Create, update, and administer security education, training, and awareness.
- Conduct self-inspections and recommend / implement corrective actions.
- Prepare for and participate in government inspections, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle program administrative tasks such as personnel processing, visitor control, conducting program-related investigations, TS accountability, dispatching/receiving program documents/material, and resolving other related program security issues.
- Maintain and leverage working relationships with internal and external customers, peers, and senior management.
- Aid in presentation preparation for program status and reviews.
- Manage special access program facility administration in compliance with ICD 705.
- Collaborate across multiple organization levels.
- Work extended hours in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel on company business.
Requirements
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance required on day 1.
- U.S. citizenship required for eligibility to obtain a security clearance.
- Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, and ICD 705.
- Prior CSSO experience preferred.
- Experience with SIMS, DISS, and JADE databases.
- Final TS/SCI security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.
- At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred.
- Related training, such as SFPC certification.
Qualifications
- Experience in special program environments and understanding of government guidance.
- Experience with SIMS, DISS, and JADE databases.
- Advanced degree in a related field of study.
- Final TS/SCI security clearance with an investigation not older than 6 years on the first day of employment.
- At least 6 years of National Security experience preferred.
- Related training, such as with DCSA, CDSE including SFPC.

Pay
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD.
