Responsibilities
- Drive discovery and translational projects integrating scRNA-seq and spatial biology
- Collaborate with external teams on single-cell and spatial biology workflows
- Leverage novel technologies for reverse and forward translation efforts
- Design and execute lab-based research programs connecting clinical observations to hypotheses
- Lead a technology team focused on single cell genomics and spatial omics
- Establish and optimize cutting-edge platforms for translational applications
- Lead and mentor a team of scientists while fostering a high-performance culture
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Cancer Biology, Molecular/Cellular Biology, Immunology, Bioengineering, or similar field
- 6+ years of experience in oncology translational research in biotech or pharma, with senior/lead roles
- Expertise in cancer cell biology, tumor immunology, cell engineering, or neoantigen biology
- Hands-on experience with single cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics, or multiomics platforms
- Strong publication/patent record demonstrating scientific contributions
- Experience leading cross-functional programs and influencing teams
- Proficient in scientific communication, able to present complex data effectively
