Principal SAP EWM Enterprise Applications Consultant

About the role

A Principal SAP EWM Enterprise Applications Consultant at Infosys will contribute to various phases of the consulting lifecycle. Expertise in business process consulting, solution design, development, configuration, and deployment is required. The role involves guiding teams on project processes, client training, and internal capability building.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to business process consulting, defining problems and proposing solutions.
• Develop, configure, and deploy overall solutions.
• Guide teams on project processes, deliverables, and proposal development.
• Detail project scope and shape value-adding consulting solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Experience with SAP EWM, including end-to-end lifecycle implementations.
• Knowledge of integration aspects with other modules like SD, MM, PP, Manufacturing, and QM.
• Understanding of business processes in the life sciences/pharmaceutical domain.
• Experience in handling post-go-live critical issues and resolving them until stabilization.
• Experience with non-ECC systems like MES, WES and interfaces such as PI, ALE.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the business.
• Leadership skills to lead teams in resolving complex issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Skills

• Good knowledge in IM, WM, EWM areas.
• Good understanding of GXP and SOX requirements.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment.
• Experience with project management tools and testing tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of custom code and debugging skills.
• Knowledge of S/4 HANA simplifications in logistics area (an advantage).
