Principal Sales Representative, Automotive & Manufacturing
About the role
The AWS Enterprise Sales Team serves medium to large enterprise customers, focusing on digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses. As an Enterprise Sales Representative, you will represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across strategic accounts within the Enterprise customer market segment. This role involves driving innovation, providing comprehensive solutions, and fostering long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
- Drive digital transformation through meaningful engagement with C-level executives, IT leaders, architects, developers, and various lines of businesses of your customers.
- Represent the entire portfolio of AWS products and services across strategic accounts within the Enterprise customer market segment.
- Lead customers through an accelerated and innovative cloud journey and create long-term business relationships of value and trust.
- Work with some of the world's best Automotive & Manufacturing customers in North America who are transforming their business to modernize and migrate to the cloud to benefit from data, AI, and the velocity and agility of the cloud.
Requirements
- 10+ years of sales experience
- Experience in direct customer engagement, with a focus on support to senior executives (Vice President and C-level)
- Experience with large scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs in a customer facing role
Qualifications
- Experience with the AWS platform, web services, software development, or related technologies
- Experience working in the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industry in a sales, business development or partner capacity
Skills

- Ability to lead complex IT/digital/business transformation projects
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Understanding of AWS products and services
- Knowledge of the Automotive and/or Manufacturing industries

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $170,000.00 - $230,000.00 annually.
