Principal SailPoint Engineer | Remote, USA

About the role

This role will lead technical work focused on secure, reliable systems and risk-aware execution. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage SailPoint ISC and IIQ to safeguard information
• Collaborate with teams to develop and execute client security strategies
• Architect and troubleshoot IGA solutions and produce technical documentation
• Drive automation and self-service in identity management solutions
• Handle IAM platform incidents and perform root cause analyses

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (7+ years) required
• 7-10 years of professional experience in information security required
• 5+ years of SailPoint engineering experience required
• Experienced with IAM technologies: SSO, SCIM, OAuth, SAML, and PKI
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential

Pay

$120,000 – $150,000 annually
