Responsibilities
- Design, code, test, debug, and maintain software applications
- Follow and enhance established software development standards and procedures
- Develop complex application features with technical designs
- Conduct peer code and design reviews
- Analyze complex programming specifications and resolve issues
- Prepare technical standards and collaborate with programmers
- Proactively identify future needs for IAM services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship is required for this role
- 5 years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing enterprise-grade IAM or cloud-based applications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; extensive experience may substitute
- Expertise in SailPoint IdentityIQ and IAM solution architecture
- Strong programming skills in Java and familiarity with complex application features
- Excellent communication skills at both technical and functional levels
- Ability to maintain documentation for IAM solutions and related processes
