We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: application close date, EEO, legal, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Must preserve all substantive info.
Let's parse the posting.
Content:
- Intro: "At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! Blue Origin is pioneering the future of space-based communications with TeraWave, a revolutionary satellite communications network designed to deliver symmetrical data speeds of up to 6 Tbps anywhere on Earth. This multi-orbit constellation will consist of optically interconnected satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO) and medium Earth orbit (MEO), providing enterprise-grade connectivity for critical operations worldwide. This role represents an important addition to the Silicon Systems organization within the TeraWave team. To further Blue Origin's mission of millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth, we are bringing together technology from across our product lines to build the future of space-based communication. This role will be onsite in either the Bay Area-CA, San Diego-CA, Austin-TX, or Kent-WA. It is approved for a temporary remote work exception while specific sites are being developed."
That's about the role / description. Could go under "About the role".
- Key Responsibilities: list of bullet points (though they are not bullet but separated by line breaks). We'll convert to

- Base Pay Range: For CA applicants is $213,331.00 - $298,663.05 WA applicants is $213,331.00 - $298,663.05 Other Site Ranges May Differ
Thus we have Pay info. Should include Pay section.

Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and subject to change and cancellation. Please check with your recruiter for more details.
We can include Benefits section.
- Schedule: Not explicitly given. There's mention of onsite locations and temporary remote work exception. No explicit schedule like full-time, part-time, shift. So we should not create Schedule section because no specific content.
- Qualifications vs Requirements: The posting has Basic Qualifications and Preferred Skills And Experience. Could map Basic Qualifications to Requirements (or Qualifications). Preferred Skills to Skills. We need to decide headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We should include sections only if posting has real specific content.
We have Basic Qualifications (requirements). Preferred Skills And Experience (skills). Could also have Qualifications (maybe education). But we can combine Basic Qualifications under Requirements, and Preferred Skills under Skills. Or we could have Qualifications for education (Bachelor's degree). But better to follow typical: Requirements = basic qualifications, Skills = preferred skills. Qualifications maybe not needed if we already have Requirements. But we can include Qualifications for education specifics? However we risk duplication. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we can have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits, Pay. That's six sections.
We must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now we need to output HTML fragment only, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce:
About the role
... paragraph(s) ...
We need to preserve all substantive info. The about role paragraph includes multiple sentences; we can keep as oneor split into multiple
. Probably one
is fine. Then
Responsibilities
- ... each
Requirements
- ... each basic qualification
Skills
- ... each preferred skill
Benefits
- ... each benefit item
Pay
Base Pay Range For CA applicants is $213,331.00 - $298,663.05 WA applicants is $213,331.00 - $298,663.05 Other Site Ranges May Differ
We should not include Schedule. Check for any other substantive content: location info (onsite in Bay Area-CA, San Diego-CA, Austin-TX, or Kent-WA; temporary remote work exception). That's part of About the role. Also mention "This role will be onsite in either the Bay Area-CA, San Diego-CA, Austin-TX, or Kent-WA. It is approved for a temporary remote work exception while specific sites are being developed." Include that. Now ensure we removed boilerplate: Application Close Date, Culture Statement, Export Control Regulations, Background Check, Equal Employment Opportunity, Affirmative Action and Disability Accommodation, etc. Also remove duplicated lines: none. Now produce HTML. Be careful to escape any HTML special characters? The text includes ampersand (&) in "R&D"? Not present. There's "and/or". That's fine. There's "up to 6 Tbps". No < or >. We'll output. Let's craft. About the role paragraph: combine sentences. "At Blue Origin, we envision millions of people living and working in space for the benefit of Earth. We’re working to develop reusable, safe, and low-cost space vehicles and systems within a culture of safety, collaboration, and inclusion. Join our team of problem solvers as we add new chapters to the history of spaceflight! This role will be onsite in either the Bay Area-CA, San Diego-CA, Austin-TX, or Kent-WA. It is approved for a temporary remote work exception while specific sites are being developed." Now Responsibilities list items as given. Requirements list items: - 10+ years of industry experience in RFIC design and development, or the combination of industry experience and equivalent research from a PhD program - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline - Experience with RF and/or Mixed Signal Block design - Experience with Linux development environment - Direct Tape out Experience in taping out an RF or deep sub-micron Analog mix signal chip Skills list: - Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field - Experience in full RF CMOS ASIC lifecycle (architecture, design, simulation, verification, validation, integration & test) - Experience with Software-Defined Radio Architectures, ADC/DAC, and/or DSPs - Knowledge of DSP and communications systems including spread spectrum, forward error correction, and modulation types (OFDM, QPSK, QAM, PCM/FM, PAM) - Experience mentoring junior engineers Benefits list items: We need to parse the benefits paragraph into items. Original: "Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program. Stock Options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours/week) Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays. We can break into list items: - Medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, paid parental leave, short and long-term disability, 401(k) with a company match of up to 5%, and an Education Support Program - Stock Options for all regular employees (working at least 20 hours/week) - Paid Time Off: Up to four (4) weeks per year based on weekly scheduled hours, and up to 14 company-paid holidays - Dependent on role type and job level, employees may be eligible for benefits and bonuses based on the company's intent to reward individual contributions and enable them to share in the company's results, or other factors at the company's sole discretion. Bonus amounts and eligibility are not guaranteed and subject to change and cancellation. Please check with your recruiter for more details. That seems okay. Pay section: as paragraph. Now produce HTML. Check for any leftover boilerplate like "Culture Statement", "Export Control Regulations", etc. We
